Group Running Coaching

Train Together. Get Stronger Together.

Running may be an individual sport, but training doesn’t have to be.

Jon Wade Running group coaching brings runners together around a shared goal. With a structured training program, professional guidance, and the encouragement of others, you can build fitness and prepare for your next race as part of a supportive group.

Why Train With a Group?

Group coaching offers more guidance and connection than following a plan on your own, without the level of individual attention included in 1:1 coaching.

Purposeful Training

Follow a progressive training schedule built around the group’s race or training goal.

Coaching Guidance

Learn how to approach workouts, recovery, and race preparation with guidance from an RRCA Certified Running Coach.

Motivation and Accountability

Stay consistent with encouragement from runners working toward a similar goal.

Community

Connect with others, share milestones, and celebrate progress along the way.

Who Is Group Coaching For?

Group programs can be a great fit if you want a clear training structure and the motivation of a shared experience. Depending on the program, groups may prepare for a 5K, 10K, half marathon, or another event.

Programs will have their own starting requirements, schedule, and details so you can decide whether a particular group is right for you.

Upcoming Group Programs

New training groups will be announced as programs are scheduled. Interested in joining one? Send me your information and the race distance you’re working toward, and I can share details when a relevant opportunity becomes available.

I'm Interested in Group Coaching

Program dates, format, pricing, and included services will be provided for each group before registration.
