This workout is approx. 2 miles, making it perfect for a newer runner or anyone looking for a quick and fun run to pick up the pace.
The workout:
.5 mile Warmup
Repeat 4X:
2 minutes fast (comfortably hard, not a sprint) / 2 minute easy jog or walk
.5 mile Cooldown
